Jer, In my opinion CCleaner is an excellent program. You can download the Slim version (No Toolbar) at the first link below. The second link below has many CCleaner Tutorial links. I advise reading thru some of them. As far as SpyBot and
Ad-Aware I'd replace them with SUPERAntiSpyware Free Edition and Malwarebytes'Anti-Malware Free Version. These are much better then Spybot and Ad-Aware. Links below if you care to check them out.
