PC Mfg Dell laptop; Win OS 7. Personal message to me, quote:

Look at the screenshot. It has Visual run C 2005, and 2008. I keep getting notices
to update all this visual C stuff, and the updates dates are old. Why would it be
wanting to update these on Windows 7. One is a service pack for 2005????? How do I
get it to quit bringing these updates up? Im not letting them install, but they
keep showing up on the list.
