I'm trying to uninstall Greenshot which is software used for Print Screen.  When I try to use the "uninstall," I'm told that the software is running.  Even after restarting the PC to make sure it is not running, I get the same message.  I checked the Startup folder; the only Greenshot icon there was the shortcut and deleting that didn't help me any.

The reason I wish to delete this software is that when I copy and paste into a Word document, the font is very large.  Even when I change the font down to 8, it looks more like 12, and it is not practical to change the font every time that I copy and paste.

Now that I'm thinking more about this, Print Screen has nothing to do with copy and paste.  However, I'd appreciate any suggestions in getting rid of Greenshot since the uninstaller isn't working.
